Fertility treatment options at AHN

At AHN, you may choose to freeze (cryopreserve) and store eggs and embryos for future use, or use donor eggs (these are cryopreserved and received by our lab from an egg bank). We also offer the following fertility treatments:

• Ovulation-stimulating medications: Medications that induce regular ovulation or stimulate the production and release of mature eggs

• In vitro fertilization (IVF): The joining of eggs and sperm outside the body, with resulting embryos transferred into a woman’s uterus

• Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI): Injection of a single sperm into one egg, with the resulting embryo transferred into a woman’s uterus

• Intrauterine insemination (IUI): Injection of sperm directly into the uterus

• Sperm testing: A semen analysis that tests for sperm motility, count, size, and shape

• Surrogacy: Woman who carries and bears a child for another person or couple
